At RÉA, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to feel confident with every purchase, which is why we offer the following policy:

• You are welcome to try on your order while the courier is present before accepting it.
• Please make sure to check the size, fit, and overall condition of your items before the courier leaves.
• If you're not satisfied, you may return the order immediately while the courier is still with you.
• Once the courier has left, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
• Please note that the delivery fee is non-refundable and must be paid regardless of whether you keep or return the order.
