- You are welcome to try on your order while the courier is present before accepting it.
- Please make sure to check the size, fit, and overall condition of your items before the courier leaves.
- If you're not satisfied, you may return the order immediately while the courier is still with you.
- Once the courier has left, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
- Please note that the delivery fee is non-refundable and must be paid regardless of whether you keep or return the order.
